In our assortment you will find all the machinery needed for full fruit, berry & vegetable lines. From washers and grinders to pasteurizers and fillers – all juice pressing equipment is carefully produced and developed by ProFruit Machinery™.

BELT PRESSES

  • ​​The most evolutionary feature of our Belt Press POWERPRESS line is that our belt presses come with an integrated pump and juice collection tank. This means you save money and do not need additional juice collection tank and pump which otherwise would use much space and cause additional costs.

  • The juice yield of apples using our belt press is ~75 %.

  • There is a filtration sieve integrated into the juice collection tank. Because of that the belt press filtrates the juice even during the pressing stage providing a cleaner and more pure product.

  • The belt presses work automatically: when the mash inlet tank is full, all other machines, which come before belt press, turn off automatically. When the juice tank is full, the pump automatically pumps the juice into the tanks.

  • The belt presses include a high-pressure washer, which continuously washes the belt of the machine. Our belt washing system is simple, does not contain any engines or reducers, so it prolongs the use time and saves the belt press.

  • Designed for pressing fruit, berry and vegetable mass. Fruit mass is placed on the belt which presses it against cylinders. The obtained juice flows into the integrated collection tank under the press. Then the pump transfers the juice from the press to a desired tank for further processing. The pressing process is continuous. 

FRUIT WASHING, SORTING & GRINDING

​Washing, sorting and grinding machinery is used for preparing fruits, berries and vegetables before further processing and juice production. Our fruit washing & grinding machinery is designed to wash products, contribute to the sorting process, as well as mill & crush various products into a mash.​

BAG IN BOX FILLING EQUIPMENT

Our Bag in Box fillers are specially produced for you to avoid any disturbances and fill all type of liquid products into Bag in Box and Stand up Pouch (Pouch-up) packaging. Our 20 years of experience in producing and 10 years of experience in personally using different filling machinery lets us create innovative solutions so you can enjoy a productive and convenient workplace.

PASTEURIZERS - HEATERS

Pasteurizing machinery is designed to heat and pasteurize various liquids before the filling process. Our pasteurizers are suitable for different liquids: juice, puree, milk, broth and others.
